We want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original condition. Please note that personalized or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original packaging and include the packing slip inside a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 7-10 business days.
